Joyce Is Getting Married

I called Joyce, my cusion, this week. She said that almost everything is set for a May wedding. Her futuer, Billy, is a great guy. That is what she said. He likes Country music, good food and he is just a good ol boy. Sounds like he will fit into this family. My wife, Donna, and I are looking forward to the wedding. I hear that it is "Black Tie'???? I can do both.

It has been almost 15 years since we all been together. It is going to be great...... More will come....

Note for Joyce ...... Yoda is doing great. Next visit is 6 months vice 3.

Love this time of the Year.

I love the last three months of each year. It is the time for fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, winter, Christmas and the start of a New Year.

Many people get depressed during this time of the year. This is the time that I get reborn. It is the time to revisit old friends, family, and remember those who have passed on to a better place. This is the time when I get to clean out our storage area and put up decorations for the three major holidays.

The last three months are the time that my wife, Donna, and her friend, Paulette, shop until they drop. However, they don't have any on my wonderful nice Shelley. She shops until she drops all year round.

This is a wonderful time of the year.

Just remember, keep the ocean out of the people tank......

Whats UP......

This is my third entry..... Sorry.... I will try to do better in the future...... This is my own personal option..... After watching the two debates by the GOP'S & DEM'S,,,,,,, WHY DID REGAN HAVE TO DIE....??????? Come on lets get fighting about the issues....... Lets get the old timers out of Washington DC.......

OK, OK, I feel better...... Donna and I had lunch with a daughter of a very close friend last Sunday and her beautiful baby girl and her brother ...... We had a great time.......

As soon as my tech adviser shows me how to add photos I will start posting them to my blog. However, for now, I need to earn about $4.76 for the EZpass ride home tonight......

PS I finished watching a three part mini program "THE COMPANY". If you did not see it on Tivo, you missed something great...... It just goes to show you that the CIA, FBI, or any other Government agency can get it wright with many years of practice.

Hidi May (She is my Boxer)

On May 30, 2007 we had to put my dog Hidi May to sleep. She was ten and half years old. She had a great life with us. I will miss her very much. Don't think that I will get another dog.

First Contact

This is my first posting in my new Blog. I welcome everyone to Chief's World. I am a retired Chief Petty Officer of the United States Navy Submarine qualified. I have a wonderful wife who watches over me. Four wonderful children and fifteen grandchildren. My oldest granddaughter, Edna, has received her AA in Vets school. My oldest grandson, Andrew, will start in September in his first year at Western Carolina University (WCU) in North Carolina. My wife and myself greatest joy is spending as much time with our grand kids.
